To do this Profile IT has partnered with a service delivery company which has the portfolio to ensure we can offer a full range of support agreements suitable for every business across the entire IT lifecycle. Their experience covers working with helpdesks, taking responsibility for onsite and remote managed helpdesks, delivering remote managed solutions, supporting high end server networking and storage farms, plus emerging technologies. This experience is backed by our 24/7 nationwide service availability, using online information systems that ensure the customers are always supported and communicated with.

Install, move, add, change and disposal roll outs

Profile IT, via its service partner, has the skills and experience to plan and implement small to large, national or local Install, Move, Add, Change and Disposal (IMACD) roll out programmes. Our focus is to minimise disruption to the customer’s business.

Software support

Providing operating system and application software support via the telephone, remotely and on site. This allows customers the facility for proactive and reactive support through a centralised service desk.

Software support is designed to run in conjunction with other support agreements.

Hardware support

Core to our portfolio of services, is the ability to deliver via our partner, hardware maintenance, across the UK and Europe. Our partner’s guaranteed fix commitment ensures that within the contracted time, a replacement will be installed if module fix is not achievable.

Flexible fund support

Our flexible cost per call and voucher scheme allows clients to choose response based hardware maintenance and software support services against predetermined costs, from a pre paid budget. This service compliments a contract on critical equipment which can be combined with pre-purchased vouchers or calls, supporting PCs and peripherals, plus third line software support for issues unable to be resolved through the in house team. This approach suits those clients whose equipment schedule is difficult to manage or needs support on an irregular basis.

On site support

Our partner has extensive experience in providing on site support to a hardware and software level. This is an ideal option for those clients with large or small sites requiring support to be delivered against agreed hardware or software service levels.

Remote managed services

Monitoring and management services can remotely access and manage your systems to ensure they are running effectively – for example, our partner can guarantee backup integrity, correct hardware and software errors, plus undertake general housekeeping duties.

Outsourced services

Our partner has many years of experience in providing outsourcing services to organisations of all sizes. Specialising in providing outsourced network management and helpdesks which allows clients to focus resources on their core business, safe in the knowledge that their IT services are well managed and run smoothly.

Accreditations and competencies

Our partner believes that the level of expertise and commitment to service is reflected in the level and number of accreditations it holds. These accreditations enable them to provide warranty services to clients with the support of the relevant vendor.
